New spatial map sheds light on cilia proteins in the human fallopian tube
A new study published in Nature Communications by researchers from the Human Protein Atlas presents a high-resolution spatial map of proteins associated with motile cilia in the human fallopian tube, providing new insights into reproductive biology, infertility and cilia-related disease.

HPA integrates cell type resolution protein data based on Deep Visual Proteomics
In the new release version 25.1 of the Human Protein Atlas, a major dataset based on Deep Visual Proteomics has been integrated in the Single cell Resource to provide mass-spectrometry based proteomics at an unprecedented resolution for a large number of cell types and tissues.
