Annotation summary This ATP dependent calcium transporter is found in many synaptic fields throughout the brain. The intensity of staining varies between regions and is the hippocampus and cerebellum in line with mRNA expression. The staining pattern is mainly synaptic with axon-like staining in the polymorph layer of the hippocampal formation and some cell bodies in the brainstem.
