Annotation summary IGFBP5 is found across many different human tissues, with higher expression in the fallopian tube, the cervix and the ovaries. In the mouse, RNA transcripts are widespread across the majority of brain areas. Various intensity (weak to strong) immunostaining of dense axonal networks is noticed throughout the entire brain gray and white matter. In addition, some brainstem nuclei exhibit neuronal somatic immunostaining as well.
