Widespread but spatially selective axonal and somatodendritic immunostaining throughout the entire brain.
Subpopulation of neurons exhibit somato-dendritic and axonal immunostaining in the external plexiform layer of the olfactory bulb, in the neocortex and hippocampus, caudate putamen, nucleus accumbens, lateral septum, ventral pallidum, and in some thalamic nuclei.
Moderate-strong axonal immunostaining is noticed in the granular layer of the olfactory bulb, medial septum, amygdala, anterior and tuberal hypothalamus, BNST, paraventricular and centro-medial thalamic nuceli, colliculus superior, and multiple pontine/medullar nuclei; especially strong in the parabrachial-locus coeruleus region.

Manually selected location of the protein positivity, observed by immunofluorescence staining in mouse brain.
